I wanted to share an awesome video that some students currently enrolled in the program that I was just admitted to made to help one of their peers.  Michelle Lamont from the blog Killer Boobies is a currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer and some Brandcenter folks have formed a team for the Monument Avenue 10k.  They made this video to help spread the word that they are all running this race to raise $5,000 for The VCU Massey Cancer Center.

The team recently exceeded their goal, but still… donate.  Even though I am about to be a broke-as-a-joke college student I still gave what I could.  I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting Michelle since she is in California undergoing treatment, but check out her blog.  You will see that she is a funny, optimistic, and talented person, and you too will want to give a little bit to help find a cure.
